        1. Traditional craftsmanship: As the name suggests, it is a steel ball forged by forging, using an air hammer to forge the raw material to a certain deformation amount, increasing the compression ratio, thereby making the structure of the wear-resistant ball more compact, improving toughness and hardness. The traditional process requires cutting according to size first, then heating the material to a certain temperature with coal or natural gas, forging with air hammer, heat treatment, and product inspection. The traditional process has many drawbacks, mainly including low production efficiency, large individual differences caused by human control of product quality, serious environmental pollution, high labor intensity of workers, and serious hazards to workers' health such as heat radiation and noise radiation. Raw materials: Round steel, the raw material required for forging steel balls, is all ordered from large national steel mills and can be processed according to special requirements for different wear-resistant steel ball materials. Raw material heating: We use an energy-saving induction rod heating electric furnace for heating, which can ensure uniform temperature of the entire raw material and greatly reduce raw material loss. The uniform temperature of the raw material after heating can ensure uniform hardness of the wear-resistant steel ball during the heat treatment process. Heat treatment system: Through a self-developed water quenching heat treatment production line and scientific heat treatment process, the inlet and outlet temperatures of wear-resistant steel balls can be freely controlled to increase the hardness and toughness of forged wear-resistant balls from the surface to the core, with extremely low breakage rate, and maintain the stability of wear-resistant balls in various harsh working environments.

        2. Slanting process: With the development of the times, traditional processes have gradually faded out of the historical stage and been replaced by slanting process. The basic idea of slanting process is to heat the entire round steel with an electric furnace, send it to the rolling mill through a conveying device, and drive the rolling mill to rotate through a motor and reducer. The rolling mill can use its own ball groove design to slant the high-temperature round steel into balls. The oblique tying process does not require cutting or air hammer forging, greatly improving production efficiency. The labor intensity of workers is also greatly reduced, and the hazards such as noise are greatly reduced. The oblique tying technology is a leapfrog development in the forging steel ball industry. However, the oblique tying process has significant defects, mainly in surface quality and roundness. The surface of the steel ball produced by the oblique tying technology has defects such as pinching, lack of flesh, overburning, protrusion, and roundness. Moreover, when the diameter of the steel ball is greater than 50mm, the various indicators of the steel ball produced by the oblique tying technology cannot meet the requirements of relevant standards. Steel balls with a diameter greater than 90mm cannot be produced using diagonal tying technology.

        3. Rotary cutting and rolling forging technology: With the development of mining machinery in the world, the diameter of ball mills is getting larger and larger. At the same time, with the emergence of semi autogenous mills, the demand for ball mills in mines is gradually updated from small diameters to large diameters. Obviously, traditional craftsmanship and diagonal tying techniques can no longer meet the needs of mines. The technology of rotary cutting and rolling forging automated steel ball production line adopts advanced equipment such as new automatic feeding technology, medium frequency&high frequency induction furnace heating technology, rotary cutting and rolling forging machine technology, spiral isothermal machine technology, drum type spiral quenching machine technology, fully automatic insulation bucket, etc. The production efficiency has increased by nearly 20 times compared to traditional processes, and the labor intensity and working environment of workers have been greatly improved. By using advanced induction furnaces for heating, coal and natural gas have been replaced, saving energy and reducing consumption without causing pollution to the environment. The steel balls produced, whether in terms of surface quality or internal quality, exceed the indicators of relevant standards, with roundness, hardness, impact value, and drop value exceeding the national standards. Especially breaking the conventional reliance on traditional air hammer forging for large diameter steel balls with a diameter of over 100mm. It can be said that forging steel balls has made another leap in the history of development. At present, Huamin Company can produce a diameter of 20mm&mdash; Forged steel balls between 150mm.

        4. Forging steel ball liquid extrusion forming technology.
